I picked this book up back in the 90's and my copy now is tattered and stained but all the more precious to me despite that. I have loved everything in this small book. No recipe has ever failed me-- though I've made adjustments for altitude, being at sea level. I can't recommend this book enough to anyone interested in Tibetan cooking. You may encounter other larger books but few of them will produce such delicious, authentic dishes.
I love this book.
