When I first heard about this book I thought...what a great idea. Then I read it from front cover to back cover. And I loved every delicious page. Everyone knows a "sweet and sour Ethel". I smiled when I read it and received high fives when I presented it to my family. It's so nice to have good vegetarian recipes, easily prepared, modestly priced but oh so delicious. I bought 5 copies at Amazon to give as presents when my family is visiting friends or an extra treat to slip into a birthday present. You will always be prepared when a vegetarian comes to dinner.
