It is a typical entry in the classic 1000 recipe series. This book is jam-packed full of recipes at a more than generous price. For people like me who work alot and only get a bit of time in the evenings to cook in the kitchen, this book is perfect. The recipes listed in this book require little preperation and have very common ingredients in them.
My partner tried out the granola bar recipe the other day. They tasted great but the only problem is that the recipe seems to ask for too much honey, or not enough granola. We ended up with sticky bars that fell apart when we tried to eat them. We let them sit over night in the fridge before eating them.
We will give it another try though and see what else we can make up from the book!
Not many pictures, but that is common for this book series. The ones that are spread throughout the book are nice and make you want to stop and see how to cook that item up.
