100-day Pantry: 100 Quick and Easy Gourmet Meals Review

I ran across this book title on a blog and decided to check it out. I'm so glad I did because this is a hidden gem. This book doesn't use water to cook the recipes. You use the juice in the cans to boil pasta and rice. I was skeptical but the first recipe I tried Beefy Noodle Casserole was excellent! It is strictly an open and dump recipe and couldn't be easier (as all the recipes are). Another feature I like is the alternative ingredient option. Don't have dried onions? She tells you how much fresh onion to use. These recipes look like you can easily play around with the ingredients.
Food storage aside this would make a great cookbook for husbands who can't cook, college students, or just a fast meal. I can't wait to try out more recipes.
