I'm not a person that you will find very often in the kitchen, but when I am, I really enjoy it. I have several books from the Cooking Light series, and this is, for me, the best so far. The recipes are easy to follow and the pictures make you want to cook every single recipe in the book. Great choice for a person not so used to being in the kitchen as well as for the more advanced cook.
