I purchased this for a young family member who just had a baby and having a hard time loosing the baby fat. I did not want to lead her astray with fad diet or crash diet books. I wanted her to learn healthy cooking habits. This book has all the nutritional values for each recipe and suprisingly, the servings are decent size servings. We cooked together and made two different dishes and we BOTH loved the book. I went out later and got a second copy for myself. HIGHLY recommend this book for anyone wanting to eat healty, diet or not.
