I found this book easy to read, easy to understand and easy to follow. It enlightened me on which food groups to eat and when. Although it is a 35 day diet, and I only made it through the first 17 days, I still lost a whopping 14 pounds!!! This book also shows, how to eat right without being on the designated diet.
