BRYAN IS SO COOL. HE USES HIS ARTISTIC SKILLS TO CREATE TASTE AND TEXTURES THAT APPEAL TO THE PALETTE AND THE EYE. ONE OF MY FAVORITES IS HIS VEGAN PEPPERONI. WHAT AN INGENIOUS CONCOCTION! RAW FOOD IS A WONDERFUL WAY TO EAT. MY FRIENDS ASK ME HOW CAN I SPEND HOURS IN THE KITCHEN PREPARING MEALS. WITH BOOKS LIKE BRYAN'S, IT DOESN'T TAKE HOURS ANYMORE.
