Kristen's Easy Raw Vegan Desserts is just awesome. I would have to say this is one of my favorite books by Kristen. There are so many amazing recipes in this book that you have to try. Like the Bananas Foster (to die for!), Peppermint Chocolate Mousse, Peach Caramel Pie, Raspberry Vanilla Cheesecake, Out of this Galaxy Chocolate Brownies, Southern Cinnamon Peach Ice Cream, Chocolate Hazelnut Ice Cream to name just a few. Plus, the sauces, coulis and glazes are great additions to any dessert. I've taken many of Kristen's desserts to potlucks and family parties and they are always a hit. I've been asked many times for the recipes and what's funny is that they didn't even know they were raw! I would definitely recommend Kristen's other books. I know you won't be disappointed.
