Gordon, the Innkeeper of Nantucket House in Chatham on Cape Cod, has collected recipes from Inns and B & B's around the country that can be prepared the night before and cooked the next day.
Naturally many of these are breakfast or brunch oriented and most are baked, like Spiced Pear French Toast, Cinnamon Crunch Coffee Cake, Seafood Brunch Strata, Bacon and Egg Lasagna, Easy Wild Rice Quiche.
A short appetizer chapter includes cheese balls and dips as well as chicken wings and Mushroom Rolls and for dinner there's Sweet Potato Casserole, Salmon Mexicana, or Baked Barbecued Beef Brisket.
Some recipes use shortcut ingredients like canned soups or frozen bread dough and the variety of sources means there's something to appeal to everyone. This is a folksy book which will chiefly appeal to those who like to entertain for breakfast or brunch.

Just got this yesterday, and it is by far the best cookbook for frozen meals that I've seen. What I love about it is that unlike all the other ones in this category that I've looked at, the recipes here all generally call for whole natural foods, rather than, e.g., prepared and processed ingredients like canned cream-of-whatever soups or Velveeta cheese (cf. Don't Panic - Dinner's in the Freezer, etc.). The recipes look fantastic too, and some are quite sophisticated (like there is one for a wonderful-sounding risotto!) Also, it has more fish/seafood/vegetarian recipes than other books I've come across, and less ground beef (which I have trouble trusting because it's the most vulnerable from a food safety standpoint). And for the most part the recipes here seem very nutritious, not overloaded on greasy and salty ingredients like many other OAMC/freezer recipes.
Also terrific is the variety of recipes. It doesn't just have dinner entrees but there are chapters on appetizers (great for entertaining), breakfast/brunch, lunch, afternoon tea (some nice dessert and baked goods recipes), dinner and desserts. The desserts look fantastic too!
This is not actually a OAMC book, because it doesn't have shopping lists or mass bulk cooking plans, but could easily be used for that purpose.
This book has actually gotten me really excited about making and freezing some meals for after my baby arrives! This book is true find if you are into good cooking but still need to make and freeze some meals for later use.

I borrowed this book from the library a couple times before I bought it - I enjoyed the recipes so much I decided I wanted my own copy!
I love the layout of the book and how each recipe includes instructions for how to freeze, defrost, reheat and serve -- can't go wrong! :) The recipe descriptions are sweet (e.g. notes about family favourites) and the photos make the food look so delicious. Just flicking through now is making me hungry!
The book also includes useful advice on how to freeze food (can be an art) and a basic overview of babies first foods. There's seven puree recipes, otherwise the rest are recipes for toddlers and up (adults will love the food too!)
Highly recommend!
